He believes that when we feel and look good and our health is in order then that will have a meta effect on every other area of our life- relationships, marriage, career, parenting, etc.
He currently lives in Dallas, TX, and enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. When he’s not hanging with them, he’s creating and pursuing new fitness goals- currently training for his first marathon.
