I'm a consulting psychologist and coach in Nashville. I earned an MS and Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Georgia. I taught psychology at Oklahoma City University and served as a consultant for RHR International before opening my consulting practice, The Company Psychologist, in 1982. I've also written a book titled You're Making This Way Too Hard: Find YOUR Easy Way to NJOYLFE, in which I discuss self-love, self-care, making good decisions, building strong relationships, and finding joy and contentment.
